At Title IX Marketing, we’re passionate about connecting women in sports to opportunities. We have rounded up some of the top grants available for women in sports. Check out the list of grants offered through various organizations and be sure to mark your calendars for upcoming application cycles.
- The T9 Fund
The T9 Fund is an initiative from Title Nine, the largest independently-owned and operated retailer of women’s fitness clothing, to support women in sports. The nomination and application form is open year-round. The T9 Fund takes a percentage of Title Nine’s sales every year and invests it right back into the change-making women who are pushing the needle on the women’s movement. By providing funding to these top-notch organizations they’re giving directly to the grassroots experts who are the most impactful in their fields.
- The Power of She Fund
A partnership between the Women’s Sports Foundation and Athleta, The Power of She Fund elevates girls and women to reach new heights on the playing field, in the studio, in the community, at work and at home. The grant application is currently closed, but be sure to check back periodically for updates or subscribe to their newsletter to stay up to date on future opportunities.
- Sports 4 Life
Through Women’s Sports Foundation, in partnership with ESPN and Gatorade, the Sports 4 Life program offers community funding and seeks to effect sustainable improvement to the overall health and development of girls in these communities through grant making, leadership training and capacity-building efforts. The current application is closed, but stay tuned for when the grant cycle opens for 2025 applicants.
Our goal is to continue bringing opportunities, resources and money to the table for women in sports. If you know of other grants available to women in sports, drop us a line so we can shout them out too.
